About Us: Our goal at BIDA Spa is for you to enjoy the treatments and services we have to offer without concern. We have provided the following information for your comfort: Scheduling an appointment: Whether you are scheduling for one appointment, several services, or a day at the Spa, please have your personal schedule available so that we can schedule the appointments on a day and time that is convenient for you. Due to the length of Spa's special packages, advance booking is important. Please notify us in advance if you happen to be on a time schedule, so we can ensure a timely departure. Cancellation Policy: BIDA Spa requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all SPA Packages. Arrival to the Spa: Please arrive for your appointment(s) 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, change, and prepare for the first service. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. Personal Comfort: Your comfort is important. BIDA Spa provides plush robes and wraps for all spa clients for the duration of their service(s). Please leave all valuable items at home. BIDA Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen valuables. It is suggested not to shave before any exfoliation treatments due to stinging that may occur. We would like each client to have full enjoyment of all the services without discomfort. About our Staff: BIDA Spa's team of professionals is here to make sure every client is comfortable and receives the utmost in spa and salon services. Gratuities: Gratuity is solely up to the client's discretion. Unique Services: Please ask the Spa if there is anything you need to know or prepare for before your scheduled spa service(s). Please read the service descriptions carefully for added information. Health Issues: We ask that you advise us of any illness, injury or change in your health status, prior to any treatment(s), to ensure optimal programming of your needs and to be sure our treatments do not, in any way, interfere with any medical issues you may have. Please include this information on the client information form. We at BIDA Spa are greatly concerned for the well being of our clients. Children at the Spa: We ask that no children under the age of 16 be in the facility without an appointment for service and accompanied by an adult. Special Note: We at BIDA Spa are trying to create a peaceful environment for you to enjoy your service(s). It would be greatly appreciated if all pagers and all phones would be turned off before entering the treatment room. The most important ingredient at BIDA Spa is you, our client. Gift Certificates: A Gift Certificate is non-taxable. All Gift Certificates will expire one year from date of purchase. Gift Certificates are Non-Refundable. Gift Certificates do not include any gratuity tips. Certificates are great for that special someone that your just not quite sure what they would like to have or for them to choose what they would really like, no more returns or gifts that they just didn't like or already had.
